HOw much will you charge me FOR COMPUTER HELP ?

Our philosophy with every project is you should know an estimate of cost before you engage us. Therefore we provide a free diagnostic where applicable. We also provide an estimate before any monies are expected.

Can you setup our phone system ?

It is well known that most offices need to have a phone system. We have options available as we can integrate with a number of solutions. Ask us about 2 named person phones, mobile app, desktop display VOIP phones by Polycom, full menu tree and routing capabilities — for $60/mo.

Do you recycle equipement ?

Yes. We secure erase hard disk storage and most of our customers choose to have us recycle the desktop or laptop directly. We do not charge for that.

Are you moving to a new location ?

We can provide you with a proposal to transfer and or re-configure your internet, local network, wireless, computers and printers, scanners, fax machines at the new location.

Do you offer a warranty on your services ?

Yes. All of our IT work is warrantied for 1 year. We stand behind the work we do and if there is an issue we will gladly take care of it at no extra charge.

Will you help a single user or a small or large company ?

All of the above. While we prefer to work with small to medium businesses. We definitely enjoy working with consumers and yes we make house calls.  Large businesses typically are self-staffed so our IT services are not needed as much as our secure file sharing platform. (XMS)
